So, yeah, it's been a while. I've been working pretty hard with how OWT creative, and been pretty successful to boot. Issues 1 and 2 have been selling well enough to fund Issue 3, we're getting some nice things said about us in various places and considering we have no previous expertise or even experience n making zines or representing design in the Northwest it's all going swimmingly.
Other than that, my MA studies are going slowly. Lots to read, lots to sort and it's going well, just slowly. Shall speak more about my area of subject in a later post.
To finish, here's a video full of swearing by a very passionate designer worrying about America losing its way in design terms. I agree with him fully, why get rid of such beautiful, iconic imagery to replace it with signage that means nothing?
