Edward Hopper gets a makeover

Oyunga has written about Ron Mueck recently, an artist who's work (hugely intricate sculptures created on a massive scale) was included in my essay in my 2nd year essay about the Uncanny art movement. So when I read her post I had a look back at some of the other artists I featured in said essay.


My favourite of all the Artists featured was Edward Hopper, his work really fitted with what I was trying to say with my writing, so when I revisisted the brooding, sinister Nighthawks painting I was slightly suprised to take in the modern interpretation at the bottom of this post.......certainly a lot more light hearted than the original.
