The ash cloud from iceland was pretty exciting (unless you were stuck in an airport, in which case it probably just sucked), it not only managed to mess up all air travel, it is also the reason for these two epicly brilliant videos.
The first is a computer made view of the rise in air traffic after the flight ban was lifted. Stuff like this makes me think of learning how to do moving image. Then I start learning, my head melts and I go back to watching youtube videos and making books. Anyway here is the video
